Improving RxInfer.jl Model Visualization

Developing visualization capabilities for RxInfer.jl probabilistic models.

Lead: Fraser Paterson

This Ecosystem project improves the model visualization capabilities of RxInfer.jl — developing tools that make it easier to see, explore, and understand the structure and dynamics of generative models built with the RxInfer system.

Overview

Good visualization tools make probabilistic models more interpretable and accessible. This project develops visualization infrastructure for RxInfer.jl, contributing to a growing ecosystem of tooling around the system. Work includes graph rendering, inference visualization, and interactive exploration interfaces. The project is led by Fraser Paterson, developed in partnership with BIASlab, the university research lab where RxInfer.jl originated.

Participate

Julia programmers, visualization specialists, and Active Inference practitioners are welcome.
