SelfDet Runtime is a pre-implementation research proposal by Garegin Miskaryan. The proposed bounded simulation pilot compares LLM-only, rules-only and an integrated controller on task completion, constraint violations, uncertainty and delegated authority. The project seeks methodological reviewers, simulation engineers and independent evaluators. A protocol, matched controls and preregistered evaluation would precede claims of benefit; no implemented system or validated result is claimed. Listing invites voluntary collaboration and does not establish funding, endorsement or an institutional partnership.
