SelfDet Runtime is a pre-implementation research proposal by Garegin Miskaryan. The proposed bounded simulation pilot compares LLM-only, rules-only and an integrated controller on task completion, constraint violations, uncertainty and delegated authority. The project seeks methodological reviewers, simulation engineers and independent evaluators.
